The IQPC service technician will carry out initial inspection of the site. Rodent Boxes will be fixed in the first line (Outer perimeter of the property), second line (Immediate exterior of the building) and third line (Interior of the building) of the building wherever applicable.

 

The bait station has to be kept every 40 to 50 feet along the periphery. Cakes have to be placed inside the center of the Rodent Box for the external areas under lock and key. All Boxes will be numbered and will reflect in the Rodent Box map.

 

In the interior side of the premise, glue pads will be placed inside the rodent boxes (where ever applicable) and will be kept under lock and key. The Rodent box will be monitored on fortnightly basis and replenish with fresh one as per requirements. The dead rats will be transferred in a brown cover and disposed.
